The Times’ senior photographer Halden Krog scooped the highest number of awards at the 2008 Fujifilm Photo Press Awards. He was joint winner of the commended portfolio in the overall awards and winner of the Feature category and highly commended in the Sport category. He also had a picture selected in the Judges Selection category. Other winning photographers from our newsrooms included Alon Skuy (highly commended in the Picture Story category) and Sydney Seshibedi and Esa Alexander who had images in the Judges Selection. James Oatway of the Sunday Times won the Abdul Shariff Award.
